Zakres obowiązków: Opracowywanie i optymalizacja programów maszyn SMT (Pick & Place, drukarki pasty, piece reflow, AOI, KY). Konfiguracja oraz techniczne wdrażanie linii produkcyjnych. Nadzór nad przezbrojeniami: weryfikacja parametrów, zatwierdzanie profili procesowych. Przeglądy, kalibracje i naprawy sprzętu SMT w celu zapewnienia ciągłości pracy. Analiza defektów i zatrzymań linii oraz wdrażanie działań korygujących i usprawnień. Udział we wdrażaniu nowych produktów (NPI): przygotowanie procesu, przygotowanie dokumentacji. Dokumentowanie parametrów procesowych oraz raportowanie wydajności dla zespołu inżynieryjnego. Wymagania: Wykształcenie minimum techniczne (preferowany tytuł technika lub inżyniera, np. elektronika, mechatronika). Umiejętność obsługi i konserwacji maszyn SMT (Pick & Place, drukarki pasty, piece reflow, AOI, KY). Doświadczenie w tworzeniu i optymalizacji programów maszynowych SMT. Szybka diagnoza oraz rozwiązywanie problemów procesowych. Znajomość ustawiania profili reflow oraz procesu sitodruku pasty. Znajomość języka angielskiego w zakresie dokumentacji technicznej i komunikacji. Mile widziane: Znajomość statystyki i DOE. Znajomość zasad DFM/A, FMEA oraz norm IPC. Umiejętność projektowania prostych narzędzi. Proaktywność w doskonaleniu procesów i wdrażaniu nowych technologii. Doświadczenie w pracy na liniach SMT. Znajomość procesu montażu PCB.
