The NOC Tier 1 Analyst ensures all faults are managed within SLA’s. Customer expectations need to be managed through regular updates so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks are essential for this role. Key Accountabilities Fault logging and ticket management, ensuring customers are receiving regular, timebound updates. Answering phone calls from customers, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels. Processing access requests for Neos Networks PoP sites and third-party datacentres. Logging engineers on and off site to ensure their safety and site security.
