Job Title Decorator Specialist Department Back End Reports to Back End PM&R Supervisor Employment Status Regular, Full-Time FLSA Classification Non-Exempt Shift 2-2-3 Location USA – Olyphant, PA A crew 7am-7pm Position Summary Fit, assemble, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical plant equipment. Ensure decorator machine is operating at peak efficiency within quality specifications. Essential Functions/Key Deliverables  · Perform overall maintenance of machines according to maintenance plan. · Repair and test equipment to specification. · Trouble shoot faulty equipment, assemblies, and repair or replace defective parts. · Check accuracy and quality of finished parts, tools, or sub-assemblies. · Read and interpret engineering drawings and specification. · Proficient with use of precision measurement equipment and tolerances including feeler gauges and dial indicators. · Ensure regular maintenance and troubleshooting of problems with machinery. · Train and develop employees on the concepts of TPM (total preventative maintenance). · Assist with the implementation and maintenance of systems, including performing internal audits as required. · Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role. undefined Knowledge/Skills/Experience Vocational education a plus (Mechanical, Technical or similar). Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus 3 years’ experience as a Mechanic or Maintenance Specialist in manufacturing/industrial environment. Problem solving skills. Ability to work independently or as a team. Basic knowledge of welding, plumbing, and fabrication a plus.
