Job Description: Objetivo general: Asegurar la certificación de operadores en las diferentes habilidades de manufactura mediante la ejecición de entrenamientos y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos, contribuyendo al desarrollo y competencia del personal operativo. Escolaridad: Licenciatura/Técnica Conociemientos, experiencia y Habilidades: Experiencia previa en el área de entrenamiento y/o recursos humanos. Solución de problemas. Capacidad de análisis. Proactivo. Comunicación efectiva. Sentido de urgencia. Facilidad de palabra. Manejo de paquete Office. Conocimiento general de procesos de manufactura. Actividades rutinarias y pendientes a dar segumiento: Actualización y registro de certificaciones por categoria y de skill matrix. Certificar al personal de las diferentes habilidades. Dar soporte en actividades de recursos humanos. Atención a líneas de producción. Seguimiento a nuevos ingresos. Captura de listas de asistencia. Atención de entrenamientos en piso de producción Validación de habilidades operativas del personal.
