Objetivo general: Analizar datos de inspección; Reducir defectos en materiales entrantes; seguimiento a KPIs del área; Optimizar uso de recursos de inspección Conocimientos, experiencia, habilidades: De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en procesos de desarrollo de nuevos productos y proyectos de transferencia, con énfasis en actividades manufactura, calidad, pruebas o confiabilidad. Inglés Avanzado Conocimientos y experiencia en el uso de Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP. Capacidad para la toma de decisiones basada en datos y en una adecuada evaluación de riesgo. Actividades: Gestionar el proceso de validación de calidad en proyectos de transferencia. Elaborar y validar documentos de calidad clave para garantizar la adecuada preparación de los proyectos. Liderar equipos en el análisis de causa raíz (RCA) de incidencias surgidas durante la fase de cualificación, empleando técnicas de resolución de problemas.
