Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 岗位职责 参与路径搜索算法的设计与实现，如 A*、Hybrid A*、Lattice Planner 等，并针对低速、非结构化、大型车辆运动学特性进行适配与优化。 参与仿真与评测工具链建设：搭建或完善仿真场景、构建规划算法评价指标、自动化回归测试，支撑算法快速迭代。 基于实车数据分析规划模块的问题 case，定位根因并提出改进方案。 撰写技术文档与实验报告，参与团队技术讨论与代码评审 任职要求 2027 / 2028 / 2029 届本科、硕士或博士在读，专业限定：自动化、控制科学与工程、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、机器人工程、车辆工程、机械工程（机电方向）、电子信息工程、数学/应用数学等相关专业。 能保证不少于 3 个月的实习时长，每周到岗 4 天及以上。 熟练掌握 C++ 或 Python 至少一种，有良好的编程习惯与代码规范意识。 具备扎实的数学基础：线性代数、概率论、数值计算。了解规划算法基础：图搜索、采样类方法等。 熟悉 Linux 开发环境与 Git 版本管理。以及熟悉 ROS / ROS2、Apollo、Autoware 等自动驾驶或机器人开发框架和仿真平台（CARLA、Rviz等）使用经验。 有运动规划、路径搜索、控制相关的项目/竞赛经历（如 RoboMaster、智能车竞赛、无人驾驶赛事等），或相关方向论文发表。 了解车辆运动学/动力学模型，尤其是大型车辆。 Posting Dates: October 26, 2026 - November 19, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
