Participate in IT and OT projects, including upgrades, migrations, integrations, network refreshes, and technology standardization initiatives. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to validate technical requirements, installation readiness, and post-deployment support needs. Track assigned tasks, communicate risks or issues, and provide timely updates to Corporate IT leadership. End-User and Facility Technology Support: Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephony, conference room technology, and other facility IT assets as needed.
