Job Summary Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring workflows run smoothly and efficiently. Manage and lead warehouse staff: assign daily tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct training to build a capable and motivated team. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and the annual physical inventory; maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in Oracle. Monitor stock movement, investigate discrepancies, and resolve inventory issues in a timely manner. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, tidy, and organized warehouse working environment that meets company and regulatory standards. Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to support and meet delivery schedules. Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) and arrange preventive maintenance as required. Handle incoming customers and internal queries related to warehouse operations and shipments, ensuring timely and professional responses. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations. At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, for inventory management. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members. Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and cycle count / physical inventory processes. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices (e.g., OSHA or local equivalents). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Valid forklift operator certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain). Language: Basic reading and writing skills (no English proficiency required).
