COMPANY 🌱 At RYZE, we believe daily rituals create the foundation for living your greatest life. ☕ Our mushroom coffee and superfood products fuel the body and clarify the mind—helping people everywhere unlock their highest potential. 🍄✨ We’re a fast-growing, mission-driven team passionate about wellness, innovation, and building a brighter future together. 🌱🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯 We’re looking for a performance-minded AI Video Editor to help power RYZE’s paid social advertising engine on Meta. This is a highly executional, fast-paced role at the intersection of performance marketing, video editing, and generative AI. You’ll take raw footage, scripts, concepts, and creative briefs and turn them into high-performing social ads - using both traditional editing techniques and the latest AI video, image, voice, and creative-generation tools. We’re especially interested in people who actively experiment with tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, OpenArt, and other emerging AI video and creative platforms and understand how to turn them into useful assets for performance advertising. This is not a brand-only editing role. Performance, speed, experimentation, iteration, and creative problem-solving matter here. What You’ll Do 🎬 Edit raw footage into high-quality, conversion-focused social ads for Meta. Transform scripts, concepts, storyboards, and creative briefs into compelling short-form ads. Use generative AI to create and enhance video, images, animations, product visuals, backgrounds, transitions, b-roll, and other creative assets. Explore and actively use AI video and creative tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, OpenArt, and emerging platforms to develop new advertising concepts. Create multiple creative variations quickly - including different hooks, openings, visual concepts, pacing, CTAs, and messaging. Add captions, sound design, music, transitions, effects, b-roll, and motion graphics to maximize engagement and clarity. Develop strong first 1-3 second hooks designed to stop the scroll. Maintain strong pacing, flow, timing, and visual hierarchy optimized for paid social performance. Write and apply clear, accurate, compelling English captions and on-screen messaging. Use Adobe Premiere Pro as the primary editing tool, with After Effects and Photoshop as needed. Manage multipe ads and creative iterations simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality. Incorporate creative feedback quickly and efficiently. Review basic performance metrics such as thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR, and conversion performance to inform future creative iterations. Turn performance insights into new creative tests and variations. Stay ahead of emerging AI video, animation, and creative-generation technologies and identify tools that can improve RYZE’s creative output. What We’re Looking For 🔍 2+ years of hands-on video editing experience, ideally in performance marketing, paid social, DTC, or e-commerce. Proven experience creating short-form paid social ads for platforms such as Meta. A strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creative and AI animation - not just polished brand videos. Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop. Experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, OpenArt, Veo3, or similar AI creative platforms. A strong understanding of how to use AI-generated content in service of advertising performance, rather than simply creating visually impressive AI videos. Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, captions, sound design, and direct-response creative. Why Join RYZE 🌟 This isn’t just an editing role, it’s an opportunity to become a stronger performance creative, understand what makes ads convert at scale, and grow within a fast-moving creative team Learn directly from performance data - see which ads are winning, understand why they’re working, and use those insights to improve your own creative decisions. Learn from top-performing creatives - join weekly creative and learning sessions where we break down winning ads, consumer psychology, performance marketing principles, trends, and new creative approaches. Work with the latest AI creative tools - get access to leading AI video, image, voice, and generation platforms and learn how to integrate them into real-world performance creative. Continuous learning & development - gain access to courses, internal resources, tutorials, workflows, and ongoing experimentation with new tools and techniques. Performance-based bonuses - strong-performing creatives can earn additional bonuses when their ads reach key performance milestones. Grow beyond the editor role - as RYZE’s creative team continues to expand, there are opportunities for strong performers to step into leadership, management, training, reviewing, and specialized creative roles. We believe in developing talent internally and giving people more ownership as they grow. High creative ownership - contribute ideas, experiment with new formats and approaches, and help shape how RYZE approaches performance creative. WHAT WE OFFER 🌟 Competitive hourly or monthly contract compensation 💰 Fully remote, flexible work environment 🌍 Opportunity to work on high-impact performance creative for a fast-growing brand 🚀 Access to RYZE creative assets, tools, templates, and performance insights 🎨 We are a fully remote, global company with a mission to help people feel better every day through the power of superfoods. We are looking for passionate individuals to help us grow our impact and community through a better-for-you daily ritual that supports whole body health.
