Drive Adoption Partner with GTM teams to introduce new AI capabilities and make sure they actually get used. Train users and create simple documentation and playbooks. Gather feedback and continuously improve the tools. Track the impact of AI initiatives through metrics such as time saved, productivity, conversion rates, pipeline generated, and revenue impact. What We’re Looking For You don't need to have a traditional AI background. We’re more interested in how you think and what you can build. You’ll likely be a strong fit if you: Have experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, Sales Operations, Growth, Demand Generation, or a similar GTM function. Are highly curious about AI and actively experiment with new AI tools. Have hands-on experience building workflows, automations, agents, or AI-powered processes. Are comfortable working with tools such as CRMs, marketing automation platforms, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, and no-code/low-code automation platforms. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic scripting. Experience designing prompts and evaluating LLM outputs. Experience with CRM and marketing automation architecture.
