Join us, the future is ours to shape! •Provide strategic & operational leadership for Regulatory Affairs (RA) from a finance perspective •Act as key business and sparring partner in interaction with Head RA as well as the LT team of RA •Responsible for business planning, preparation of forecasts, analyses and process monitoring •Providing appropriate financial operational as well as strategic support to business operations for effective achievement of business objectives to ensure a sound financial standing and growth of the company •Drive standardization and automatization in GDSO Job Description Major accountabilities: Business partner for Regulatory Affairs (RA): Finance business partner for entire RA function (~700 FTEs, ~$80m cost center across multiple locations) Proactively manage all reporting, monitoring and planning cycles for the RA function Part of GRA LT team, expected to drive results, ensure RA LT objectives are delivered within budget, guide LT on finance related topics and work closely with P&O· Part of the RA Staffing Committee Drive transformation in RA D&R monitoring: Monitoring local D&R budget with quarterly update and insight into MYF and TGT, review Market bottom-up submission and discuss with Regions the potential challenges / changes to be implemented in submission Ensure disciplined and accurate reporting by markets based on correct P&L line (RA, Medical, Clinical, etc) D&R line consolidation, drive saving initiatives and course correction or mitigating actions when deviating from agreed targets Projects: Independently drive projects (strategic as well as operational projects)· Implement cost center tracking and forecasting in the GDSO network Develop ROIC model, monitor impact and provide strategy initiatives to improve ROIC Improve and automate development project tracking tools to improve project delivery and forecasting accuracy Job dimensions: No. of associates: 3 Financial responsibility: $80m budget and 700 FTE Impact on the organisation: Significant Key performance indicators: Budget compliance Savings delivery Financial project delivery Forecasting accuracy Minimum Requirements: Work Experience: Minimum of 12 years in FP&A with 2 years in development function preferred Leadership skills Proven effective communication skills Ability to work on cross-functional global teams Strong analytical and execution skills Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must Skills: Team management Ability To Influence Key Stakeholders.
