Principais atividades: Realizar controle de estoque e transferências, quando necessário. Executar inventários. Gerar relatórios diários. Redigir atas de reuniões. Atuar no cadastro de produtos, realizar tarefas relacionadas às ordens de produção (apontamentos de produção/perdas/baixas de insumos). Ajustar lotes de produtos em Ordens de Separação para Expedição, imprimir IDs de produtos, eventualmente. Converter Packs (unidades de despacho múltiplas) em embalagens unitárias, quando aplicável. Controlar lotes de produtos em final de validade. Fazer levantamento de cobertura de estoque de matérias primas, embalagens e impressos, quando solicitado. Acompanhar o cumprimento da programação de produção pela Produção e ordens de separação pela Expedição, levando em conta prazos e pendências de entrega. Atender demandas recebidas por e-mail e/ou chat, de departamentos diversos, quando aplicável. Executar outras atividades correlatas, de acordo com a solicitação da liderança; Cumprir integralmente todas as normas de Segurança do Trabalho, normas de higiene e limpeza e normas do Sistema da Qualidade.
