Core Responsibilities Lead the development of global LEGO Brand campaigns, from strategic ignition down to local execution. Inspire and lead a multi-functional team of experts and drive a flawless process that makes each expertise shine. Develop the strategic framework to inform audiences and channels prioritization based on The LEGO Group’s Brand strength tracking tool. Recommend the campaign roadmap to achieve The LEGO Group’s ambitions. Do you have what it takes? Demonstrated commercial experience in Global brand campaign development, in a strategic or creative capacity. Proven brand building campaign development experience at global level. Experience in jaws dropping brand activations and event. People and thought leadership experience.
