Project Associate Manager (Launch & PMO) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Associate/Manager to support strategic initiatives across business operations and program delivery. This role will play a critical part in coordinating business account reviews, driving project management efforts, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and analytical skills, with a passion for operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Review Management Lead the coordination of business account reviews by consolidating inputs and performance metrics from multiple workstreams. Maintain a regular cadence for reporting and presenting account health to senior stakeholders. Ensure alignment across departments to deliver a unified view of account performance and areas for action. 2. Project Management Support Provide project management support, from presales to initiation, and planning through execution. Create and maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans, Gantt charts, risk logs, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Facilitate regular project meetings, track action items, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively manage risks or bottlenecks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management in a business, technology or operations setting. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project). Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid methodologies in matrix project organisations Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey information to a wide range of stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with data-driven decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, or equivalent).
