Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Operates the telephone to receive incoming calls.
- Performs a variety of receptionist, clerical, and data processing duties.
- Matches and enters invoices for payment.
- Reconcile vendor account statements.
- Answer vendor inquiries.
- Match up accounts receivable invoices with corresponding shipping paperwork.
- Matches shipping paperwork with freight invoices for payment.
- Greet visitors and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Looks for opportunities to get involved in safety, environmental, process changes, and overall improvement efforts.
- To follow all EHS guidelines and applicable procedures.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner to any member of management.
- Shut down process if unsafe.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Starting Wage: $45,760 - $54,080/year.
