Key responsibilities will include: • Supporting the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans • Monitoring loan performance, financial covenants and key reporting requirements • Reviewing and analyzing borrower financial information and property-level performance • Monitoring development loans, including development progress, drawdowns and associated risks • Understanding and analyzing debt structures, loan documentation and covenant requirements • Preparing financial analysis, reporting and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders • Working closely with borrowers, lenders, advisors and other transaction parties Qualifications/ Requirements: What we’re looking for: • A strong Commercial Real Estate background – essential • Good understanding of real estate debt and loan structures • Experience or knowledge of development lending • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills • Good understanding of covenant monitoring and loan performance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Additional European language skills would be an advantage What we are offering: Competitive Reward Package Great culture This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a leading institutional client, gain exposure to a diverse CRE loan portfolio and build valuable experience across loan and asset management.
