Our team assist organizations with both buy side and sell side due diligence services. As part of our team, you’ll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and providing your insights on all the financial assumptions being made. Our principal focuses as regards this position are in the areas of: Financial due diligence projects, working for either the acquirer or the vendor. Both private equity houses (including some of the top worldwide names) and major international and national corporate clients. 　 Critical review of the key value drivers of the business, both for the historical period or financial projections. Leverage the use of Data & Analytics tools to focus our efforts in delivering insights: our view on the main financial and business issues or upsides identified during our work Provide support to our clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis Requirements: Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering Fluent in English (day-to-day work will be in English) 2-3 years of experience in transaction services or audit departments Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Advanced Excel and Power Point skills Data analytics will be a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) Are you ready to make a difference?
