We are looking for a strategic thinker who moves comfortably between high-level framing and detailed analysis, thrives in ambiguity, and brings structure to evolving business questions. Support annual strategic planning processes, including development of strategic priorities, key initiatives, and monitoring metrics. Drive cross-functional strategic projects that address important business questions. This includes coordinating across teams, tracking progress, and resolving issues. Structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, identify key drivers, and synthesize findings into practical recommendations. Develop presentations, memos, and executive-ready materials that clearly communicate insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership. Contribute to a high-performing team culture through strong ownership, sound judgment, and effective collaboration. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in the electricity sector or digital infrastructure. 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, business development or a similar role. Demonstrated analytical skills, including financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization. Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex and ambiguous issues into structured analyses and recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex ideas and present to executive-level audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility across teams and functions. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect detailed analysis to broader business implications. Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability. Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting senior executives on strategic planning, board materials, or major cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency in (or demonstrated aptitude to learn and apply) technology and visualization tools, including GenAI/LLMs, VBA, Python, and PowerBI.
