We’re looking for a Recruitment Analyst who understands modern recruitment, enjoys working with people and technology, and can use data and digital tools to make hiring faster, smarter, and more effective.
🔎 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As our Recruitment Analyst, you will:
- Manage recruitment activities from job requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined requirements.
- Develop and publish compelling job adverts.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment records using our ATS.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to support hiring decisions.
- Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and other pre-employment activities.
- Support continuous improvement and digitization of recruitment processes.
- Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analytics
- Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau for data analysis is an added advantage.
⭐ YOU’LL HAVE AN EDGE IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience using an HRIS.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
- Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Exposure to recruitment automation or other HR technology.
- A genuine interest in using technology to improve the hiring process.
