JOB TITLE: CW ACCOUNTING CLERK
LOCATION: TORRANCE, CA
DURATION 6+ MONTHS
PAY RATE: DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
Must Haves:
• Preferred candidate must have at least 2 years of clerical experience in general accounting with good foundational knowledge of debits and credits
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (heavy interaction with field offices)
• Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize workload (several daily critical functions must be completed by EOD)
• Must be proficient in Excel (knowledge and use of simple formulas and pivot; Microsoft Word
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:
• PeopleSoft General Ledger
• Previous experience at TFS
o Working knowledge of HOST systems (Shaw and LeMans) and SAR reports
• Microsoft Outlook
