Role Summary The Finance Manager serves as a strategic finance partner supporting Operations and Technology, providing financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and decision support for key business initiatives. This role helps guide investment decisions, business case development, and financial performance management while leading a team of analysts and delivering actionable insights to business leaders. Key Accountabilities Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight, strategic guidance, and decision support for Operations and Technology initiatives. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis for assigned business areas. Develop and evaluate business cases supporting technology investments and strategic initiatives. Communicate financial results, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leaders through clear and impactful presentations. Review and approve financial analyses, assumptions, forecasts, and recommendations prepared by the team. Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and financial planning processes. Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while managing priorities and performance. Ensure financial planning and analysis processes, controls, and documentation meet governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
