Job Duties: Under general supervision, defines project plans and implements measures to monitor and track the progress of multiple projects or programs to ensure milestones are met on time and on/or under budget. Identifies risk mitigation strategies to resolve problems. Contributes to developing best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, execution, project management, ongoing milestones/deliverable tracking, communication, and key performance metrics. Collaborates with business owners and technical subject matter experts to develop project artifacts in order to successfully deliver quality results on time and within budgeted parameters. Identifies and manages both internal and external key resources for the life of the project to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed. Collaborates with Management to develop and support division wide resource management planning best practices, techniques and tools. Required Qualifications: ·Degree program(s) / Current Status: junior or senior level undergraduate, Master’s level or recent graduate in Computer Science, Management, Project Management, ISDS, Marketing, Economics, or related fields of study. ·Cumulative GPA: 3.0+ GPA preferred; minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA. Relevant Coursework: Experience demonstrating proficiency in planning and implementing projects including developing scope, goals, work plans, timelines, implementation strategies and measurement processes for assessing progress toward strategic and tactical goals and project outcomes Other Qualifications: Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication abilities Must demonstrate the ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment and team-oriented.
