Plans and completes operational outbound marketing activities for assigned products. The Product Manager is responsible for translating regional marketing priorities into effective market execution across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. The role will drive key marketing initiatives, go to market plans, product launches, market development activities, and cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities Setup and drive marketing execution for Hong Kong and Macau Support key marketing initiatives and growth projects in HKT Translate marketing priorities into actionable market plans and deliverables Lead product launch and go-to-market execution across HKT Drive market development programs and customer engagement initiatives Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities Identify market opportunities and provide actionable market insights Manage key marketing projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables Coordinate closely with Sales, Clinical, Applications, Service, and other cross-functional teams Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure effective implementation of key initiatives Support engagement with key customers, KOLs, and reference sites Track project progress, marketing effectiveness, and business impact Take increasing ownership of broader regional marketing responsibilities over time Qualifications 8+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, product management, or a related commercial function Experience in healthcare, medical devices, MedTech, or other complex B2B industries preferred Proven experience in product launches and market development Strong project management and execution capabilities Strong market and customer orientation Ability to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders Fluent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Willingness to travel across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau Preferred Qualifications Regional or multi-market marketing experience Experience in oncology, radiation therapy or medical imaging Experience working with hospitals, healthcare professionals, or KOLs Experience collaborating with regional or global teams Experience leading cross-functional projects Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
