As a Data & Reporting Analyst Lead at ICON, you will lead the development and implementation of data analysis and reporting strategies to support business decision-making. What You Will Do: You will oversee scientific operations workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Key responsibilities include: Driving the development and implementation of data reporting solutions that enable effective business decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for reporting optimization and data insights across various departments. Overseeing the collection, interpretation, and presentation of data to inform business strategies and operational decisions. Providing strategic guidance on the integration of data analytics and reporting tools into existing workflows and systems. Establishing partnerships with external stakeholders to leverage emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and reporting. Your Profile: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, statistics, life sciences, business administration, or a related quantitative field required Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered Required Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, operational reporting, or performance analytics, preferably in a pharmaceutical or clinical R&D environment Demonstrated proficiency in data management, report generation, and dashboard maintenance· Familiarity with clinical trial management systems and operational data structures is an advantage· Proven analytical skills and experience in operational performance reporting or business intelligence· Excellent command of MS Excel; knowledge of advanced visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI)· Experience with Project Portfolio Management Systems (e.g., Planisware) and/or Clinical Trial Management Systems (preferred) Understanding of clinical operations and ICH-GCP Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
