The C&I Account Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the account(s), strategy focused on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Also coordinate sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems. While this is a remote position, candidates will need to be based in Nashville, TN Your Responsibilities: Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy. Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. Identifying and advancing the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. Your Background: Bachelors degree with minimum of 2 years of related experience in Electrical Equipment or High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in the Electrical Industry. Direct sales experience in the electrical industry required. Demonstrated effective verbal/written and presentation skills to all levels in an organization Demonstrated skill in resolving problems, selling, and negotiating Ability to work on one’s own and manage time effectively Broad business acumen, ability to plan and execute on plans Ability to travel throughout the territory as needed.
