De Stage: Juridische Afdeling Amsterdam De juridische afdeling van Euronext Amsterdam werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen in binnen Euronext. Als student‑stagiair(e) draai je volledig mee met het team en werk je aan uiteenlopende dossiers die raken aan financieel rechtelijke, ondernemingsrechtelijke, markttoezicht, corporate governance, en regulatoire vraagstukken. De stage zal begeleid worden door een vaste mentor, je zult intensief samenwerken met professionals en bijdragen aan projecten die echte impact hebben op Euronext als bedrijf en op de kapitaalmarkten. Wat ga je doen? Ondersteuning bij het opstellen, beoordelen en analyseren van juridische documenten en overeenkomsten. Uitvoeren van juridisch onderzoek binnen o.a. Europees financieel recht, marktmisbruikregels, mededingingsrecht, noteringsvereisten en corporate governance. Bijdragen aan een groot aantal juridische vraagstukken. Ondersteunen van corporate housekeeping, zoals bestuursverslaglegging, registraties en toezichtprocessen. Deelnemen aan interne meetings, internationale projecten en onderhandelingen, en professionele trainingen. Wat bieden wij jou? Je volgt een WO‑opleiding Rechtsgeleerdheid, bij voorkeur met interesse in financieel recht, ondernemingsrecht en/of mededingingsrecht. Je hebt een scherpe juridische analyse, werkt nauwkeurig en kunt complexe regelgeving duidelijk structureren. Je bent leergierig, proactief en voelt je thuis in een snel veranderende, internationale omgeving. Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, schriftelijk én mondeling.
