Lead and develop Supervisors and operational teams, maintaining a strong presence on the warehouse floor and ensuring effective execution of daily plans. Monitor operational KPIs and SLAs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve customer and business targets. Manage inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity, labor allocation, and capacity planning according to daily operational requirements and volume fluctuations. Partner closely with the customer to understand operational priorities, manage expectations, and ensure timely resolution of service issues and operational exceptions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, process efficiency, and cost optimization. Support workforce planning and ensure resources are effectively allocated according to volumes, capacity, and operational priorities. Translate performance data and customer requirements into clear operational actions and improvement plans. Support the effective management of a large-scale and complex warehouse operation, ensuring consistency and operational discipline across processes and teams. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations within a 3PL environment. Proven experience managing large-scale and complex warehouse operations, ideally within facilities of significant size and high operational volume. Hands-on experience managing customer accounts within apparel, fashion, or footwear environments. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, productivity, workforce planning, and capacity management. Experience leading Supervisors and large frontline operational teams in fast-paced warehouse environments. Strong customer management skills, with experience interacting directly with 3PL customers and managing operational KPIs and SLAs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn operational data into actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to balance day-to-day operational execution with a strategic and continuous improvement mindset. Intermediate to advanced English.
