Your role: End-to-end RF-based systems support Performing preventive on-site maintenance, repairs and system upgrades Handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via service portal Installation, inspection, and maintenance of various RF functionalities Conducting first-level assessments of system operational status Root cause analysis, including reviewing and analyzing log files, testing network connectivity, and verifying software functionality 1st Level Support: Initial troubleshooting and problem resolution 2nd Level Support: Advanced issue analysis in collaboration with remote service experts Close cooperation with development and production specialists at the local site International collaboration with experts from other Saab locations Working closely with System Engineering, Integration & Test and Training teams in Europe Your profile: Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, IT Specialist, or Mechatronics Technician or a degree in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a comparable field Extensive hands-on experience in RF technology Strong knowledge of RF applications and RF processing Structured approach to troubleshooting, with the ability to independently identify root causes and implement corrective actions Proficient in the use of test and measurement equipment across mechanical, electrical, electronic and signal engineering domains Independent, analytical and results-oriented working style combined with excellent communication skills Good knowledge of operating systems, network communications, and switch configuration is considered an advantage Experience in RF-based systems or RF-processing is an advantage Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken High willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
