Ability to access all areas of the distribution center, including the mezzanine. Ability to read, use matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation. Basic math skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to operate computer systems with minimal direction after receiving training. Strong time-management skills; able to multitask, prioritize and manage requests when received from all departments. 1-3 years of leadership, warehousing or manufacturing experience. Ability to be trained on powered equipment safely. Ability to work independently, as well as on a team, providing work direction to team members. Strong interpersonal skills to relate with all members of the team.
