  7. Coordinate inspections and monitor implementation of quality plans, test records, nonconformances, corrective actions, deficiencies, and punch-list completion.
  8. Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports and maintain organized, contemporaneous records of activities, photographs, deliveries, inspections, issues, notices, decisions, risks, and significant communications.
  9. Maintain working knowledge of applicable contracts, exhibits, scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  10. Request information and documentation required under applicable project agreements and promptly document deficiencies, delays, safety concerns, quality issues, and contractual noncompliance.
  11. Support commissioning, energization, performance testing, turnover, closeout, as-built documentation, warranties, spare parts, training materials, demobilization, restoration, and final handoff to operations or the client.
  12. Lead the timely resolution of field issues and escalate matters that require management, commercial, technical, or legal direction.
