Performs related duties such as IV management in the neonate, lab collection, respiratory care and management, preparing delivery room for infant transition and care, and medication administration. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: General knowledge of professional nursing principles and techniques used in the assessment, care and treatment of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Nursery patients. [Required] General knowledge of the pharmacological process in the appropriate administration or delivery of medications used in the care and treatment of Nursery patients.
