The Role
- Help with timekeeping and bi-weekly payroll submissions for the dining team
- Track and enter catering and special-event orders
- Help with inventory counts and keep records up to date
- Answer phones and email, and route questions to the right person
- Keep files, schedules and compliance paperwork neat and current
- Keep office and areas clean and organized
- Support the manager with reports and other admin work as needed
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
What You Bring
- 1+ year of office, admin or clerical experience (food service or campus experience is a plus)
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets and basic data entry
- Detail-oriented and able to manage a few tasks at once
- Friendly and professional with students, staff and vendors
- Reliable: when you’re on the schedule, we count on you
- High school diploma or equivalent
This position is part-time, about 20hrs/week.
