Vice President, Operations Role Purpose The Vice President, Operations is responsible for leading operations-wide operational transformation, driving strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, productivity, and business performance. The role champions digital transformation, AI adoption, automation, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement across operational functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Operations Transformation strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Lead large-scale transformation programs, operating model redesign, and process optimisation initiatives. Drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, automation, machine learning, and analytics to improve operational effectiveness. Establish governance frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and benefits-realisation plans. Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations leaders to implement sustainable change. Monitor KPIs and operational performance, ensuring measurable business outcomes. Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to executive leadership.
