We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career. Your Opportunity Starts Here. Why Join Imagine being part of a team that powers the technology behind one of Singapore's longest established banks. As an Infrastructure Cyber Technology Support Deputy Lead, you will lead the reliable operation, service quality, and lifecycle execution of infrastructure-supported cybersecurity platforms, while coordinating Infrastructure participation in new cyber initiatives and projects. How you succeed We are seeking an experienced and hands-on technology operations professional to serve as Deputy Lead for the Infrastructure Cyber Technology Support function. The role supports the stable, reliable, and efficient delivery of run-the-bank services for cybersecurity platforms across endpoint, server, network, data protection, and related technology domains. The successful candidate will assist the Infra CTS Lead in executing approved security strategies, standards, and operating requirements through disciplined daily service management, platform lifecycle support, operational monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and team coordination. The role will also support Infrastructure participation in cybersecurity initiatives by coordinating technical prerequisites, relevant Infrastructure resources, implementation activities, testing, documentation, and operational-readiness requirements for new capabilities and transformation programmes, including CDR 5.0 initiatives. What you do Support the Infra CTS Lead in managing the team responsible for day-to-day operational support of cybersecurity platforms and their supporting infrastructure. Coordinate daily work allocation, duty coverage, service priorities, operational reviews, escalations, and follow-up actions across the Infra CTS team. Monitor service performance against agreed service levels, availability targets, operational standards, and support commitments; initiate remediation or escalation where required. Support incident, problem, change, request, capacity, availability, continuity, and lifecycle-management processes, ensuring operational actions and records are completed consistently. Coordinate agent deployment, upgrades, health monitoring, compatibility validation, rollout tracking, and remediation of coverage or version-compliance issues. Plan and coordinate operating systems, appliances, firmware, scanner-plugin, and supporting platform patching in accordance with approved standards and change processes. Coordinate deployment and validation of approved security configurations and policy changes, ensuring appropriate evidence, exception handling, testing, and rollback readiness. Act as a senior escalation point for L1 and L2 cyber technology support, including standard troubleshooting, service restoration, vendor coordination, and escalation to CISO security engineering teams for complex issues. Maintain operational monitoring of service availability, platform health, infrastructure dependencies, jobs, interfaces, agent or sensor status, and other defined service indicators. Coordinate operational execution of approved Web and Endpoint DLP exceptions and other standard security-service requests in accordance with documented guidelines and approval requirements. Prepare and review service metrics, operational dashboards, coverage and version-compliance reporting, KRIs, SLA reporting, incident trends, and management updates. Maintain complete and current inventories, support documentation, runbooks, SOPs, access records, dependency maps, known-error records, vendor contacts, and recovery procedures. Coordinate operational escalations involving cybersecurity platforms, including incident bridges, stakeholder updates, technical actions, evidence capture, root-cause follow-up, and closure of corrective actions. Support the Infra CTS Lead in coordinating Infrastructure resources and technical support for cybersecurity initiatives and projects, including environment preparation, connectivity, server, endpoint, network, cloud, access, deployment, testing, and production-readiness activities. Track Infrastructure dependencies, delivery actions, technical risks, and readiness items for CDR 5.0 and other strategic cyber programmes, escalating issues to the Infra CTS Lead. Validate that new or changed cybersecurity capabilities have the required monitoring, inventories, support procedures, access, documentation, training, escalation routes, and recovery arrangements before operational onboarding. Work with CISO security engineering teams to clarify approved standards and implementation requirements, while escalating matters requiring policy, architecture, or advanced engineering decisions. Coordinate knowledge transfer, cross-training, onboarding, service drills, and team documentation to strengthen support coverage and reduce key-person dependency. Identify recurring operational issues and implement practical service improvements, standardisation, automation, and preventive actions. Who you are More than 8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, technology service management, cybersecurity technology support, platform operations, production support, or related enterprise technology roles. Hands-on experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity platforms and their infrastructure dependencies in complex production environments. Practical experience with service monitoring, agent deployment, platform patching, standard troubleshooting, service restoration, change execution, and operational reporting. Good understanding of operational support for enterprise cybersecurity platforms across endpoints, servers, network security, data protection, vulnerability, SIEM, cloud, or related domains. Experience supporting incidents, problems, change, request, patching, lifecycle, capacity, availability, and continuity management processes. Experience coordinating technical teams, service providers, vendors, and stakeholders during incidents, implementations, upgrades, migrations, or production onboarding. Ability to translate technical standards and engineering requirements into practical tasks, runbooks, implementation steps, monitoring checks, and support procedures. Experience maintaining inventories, SOPs, runbooks, access records, evidence, service metrics, dashboards, and operational documentation. Exposure automation, scripting, orchestration, monitoring, or workflow tools is beneficial. Experience operating in regulated, financial services, or other high-availability environments is preferred. Good understanding of audit, risk, control, business-continuity, disaster-recovery, and regulatory expectations for technology services. Strong troubleshooting, coordination, planning, prioritisation, communication, documentation, and team-supervision skills.
