Role Mission
As a Paid Media Junior Specialist, reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you will ensure that every paid campaign associated with influencer marketing follows an effective strategy aligned with the overall digital campaign goals. You will advise on content, channels, and formats to optimize campaign performance, achieve campaign objectives, and maximize budget efficiency.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with media campaign leads to understand and support full media plans for top beauty and lifestyle brands
Design and assess paid media strategies for influencer marketing campaigns, defining investment content, pricing, KPIs, platforms, and formats
Provide ongoing optimization suggestions to enhance performance and ROI
Act as a key liaison between Media Agencies and Influencer teams, ensuring unified proposals, strategies, and reporting to deliver an integrated client experience
Skills & experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field
Spanish: Native
English: Advanced (B2–C1)
1–2 years of professional experience in paid media or digital campaign management
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads (Pinterest, X, or Google Ads experience valued)
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting
Knowledge of budget control and bidding strategies
Familiarity with different ad formats and their technical specifications
Awareness of influencer marketing dynamics and advertising opportunities
Advanced Excel proficiency
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude
Results-oriented and data-driven mindset
