What You’ll Do
- Support the Sales team with group room bookings, corporate accounts, and hotel sales initiatives
- Receiving inquiries from clients regarding room blocks, group rates, and hotel availability for Sales Managers to respond
- Coordinate details for group reservations and ensure accuracy within hotel systems
- Communicate with guests, clients, and internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain organized records of accounts, contracts, and sales activity
- Assist with lead management and follow-up communications
- Support site visits, hotel tours, and client events
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and computer skill set
- Motivated, professional, and eager to grow in hotel sales
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus — but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Delphi FDC experience preferred
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
