Program Management Specialist, Senior The Opportunity: Provides program management support directly to an Integrated Product Team Lead within a Navy warfare center cybersecurity division. Engages with multiple stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions. Develops comprehensive briefings and communicates program status to Navy leadership. Tracks critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics. Analyzes requirements, budgets, and schedules to perform management and business case analyses. You Have:   4+ years of experience developing Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROM) and Statements of Work (SOW) 4+ years of experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques Experience working within Navy cybersecurity test and evaluation product teams Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Knowledge of automatic penetration testing software, such as Redseal Ability to work independently and as a team member to manage schedule, cost, and performance metrics Secret clearance HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in project management, Associate's degree and 5+ years of experience in project management, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project management CompTIA Security+ Certification Nice If You Have:   Experience conducting organizational studies and work simplification measurements Knowledge of the DOT&E Cyber Test and Evaluation processes Ability to prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating efficiently Possession of excellent organizational and critical thinking skills Top Secret clearance Master’s degree PMI PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.  Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
