As a System Test Engineer on our team, you’ll use your experience to work with developers, requirements management, and end users to evaluate software developed for the government. What You’ll Work On: Design and develop moderately complex test programs, processes, and systems to measure the functionality and integrity of products and services. Design and build moderately complex test stations. Write moderately complex test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability and evaluate the ability of products to meet performance standards and specifications. Gather test data and evaluate the results of tests to determine if product designs and architecture meet customer specifications and performance expectations. Develop moderately complex test simulations to evaluate how products react under different conditions and analyze product failure to assess the integrity and reliability of product performance. Debug moderately complex test hardware and software. Analyze test cases and scenarios and report results. Collaborate with other engineering groups to improve or upgrade product performance. Join us. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
