HVAC TECHNICIAN Keene, NH The Role You will be working as part of the Facilities team and will be responsible for building HVAC equipment maintenance/repairs, boiler maintenance/repairs, in-house projects, and provide support to teammates. Hours: Monday through Friday, 6am-230pm EST Job Responsibilities: Work independently or as a team to complete work orders on-time. Perform preventative maintenance (PM) schedules on HVAC equipment. Trouble-shoot and repair issues with HVAC equipment. Maintain industrial steam boilers that burn propane and heating oil. Oversee routine testing, water chemistry, general maintenance, and outsourced large repairs. Utilize the building management system to oversee HVAC functionality. Maintain stock for belts, sheaves, bearings, & filters for PM cycles. Provide support to fellow teammates as needed. Perform Snow clean-up as required, including but not limited to all walks and doors so all employees can enter and exit the building in a safe manner. Play an active role in safety and environmental regulatory compliance. Maintain necessary records as required. Follow safety rules and regulations. Occasionally performs other related duties as assigned or directed to help team.
