Responsibilities The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Supporting the execution of capital projects from concept development through startup and closeout Assisting with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities Coordinating activities among engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, and construction teams Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and escalating issues when necessary Supporting the development of project scopes, estimates, schedules, and execution plans Participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and project team meetings Managing assigned project work packages and ensuring timely completion of deliverables Coordinating contractors, vendors, and suppliers to support project objectives Ensuring compliance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements Preparing project documentation, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders Qualifications: Must Possess Degree in Engineering or a related discipline 3 years of engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, construction, or project management experience Basic understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting capital projects in manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or energy environments Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams Knowledge of project controls, cost management, scheduling, or construction management practices In our pursuit to be the greatest place to work, we know that a critical element to enhancing our employee experience is to assure we’re operating with a solid foundation of trust.
