You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating the complexities of federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS). You can also understand a customer’s needs and communicate them effectively to the technical team to ensure customer success. Most importantly, you are driven by the challenge of growing a company, excited to work in a small, agile team, and eager to make a tangible impact on the company’s success.
