Clerk Customer Service (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Support for national and international clients and customers.
- Acceptance of inquiries or complaints, preparation of offers
- Entry of orders in the company-specific transport management system
- Invoice verification and correspondence with external service providers and specialist departments
- Close cooperation with colleagues (m/f/d) in the customs department and transport planning
- Development and optimization of existing and new processes
- Reporting/shipment tracking
- Ensuring that customer-specific KPIs are met.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, e.g. B. Clerk for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) or similar
- Experience in telephone customer service and complaints management.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in direct customer contact.
- Confident German/English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team, independent working style, structured and commitment.
organizational skills - You are characterized by a conscientious and result-oriented way of working.
- CargoWise knowledge is an advantage.
