I look forward to meeting you.”-Yichuan Zhang, Project Manager, Digital Development What you will do Support the CSU AI Project Manager with project coordination, planning, documentation, follow-up activities, and other day-to-day project tasks Take a key supporting role in data preparation, including data collection, cleansing, validation, organization, and basic analysis for AI use cases Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, training sessions, and workshops, including preparing materials, capturing outcomes, and tracking agreed actions Support business process mapping and analysis to identify requirements, improvement opportunities, and potential AI applications Develop practical competence in project delivery, process analysis, data preparation, and AI solutions, with the aim of providing basic support for future solutions and continuous improvement Who you are You have a bachelor’s degree or above You have an academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related engineering or science discipline You have knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar technologies You have gained experience in data analysis, data visualization, or automation projects through coursework, internships, or personal projects You are a strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills You have fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Overseas study or work experience is considered an advantage You have a basic understanding of AI, machine learning, data analysis, process automation, or digital transformation concepts.
