- Ensuring a positive dining experience, handling complaints, and maintaining high service standards
- Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and handling complaints
- Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Ensure that the restaurant is stocked with necessary supplies at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including promotions, special events, and menu updates
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Coaching staff, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting team growth and productivity
- Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours and recording payroll data
- Appraising staff performance and disciplining or retraining employees to correct poor performance
- Proven experience in hospitality; food service management in luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and operational procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
