The opportunity
We’re continuing to grow our Stockholm team and are looking for a full-time Brand Strategist, ideally starting in January 2027.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead brand strategy on complex, consequential questions — helping organizations understand what’s changing, where they need to go, and the role their brand can play to help them get there. That might mean repositioning a global transportation company for a changing market, helping a bank navigate a landscape reshaped by fintech, or building a health-tech brand that speaks to a new generation of consumers. You’ll shape the strategic direction and be the person clients trust to guide the way.
Main responsibilities
Lead strategic projects and workstreams, and drive the process, team, and client forward
Work side-by-side with designers and creatives to translate abstract strategic platforms into distinct visual identities, communication platforms, and brand experiences
Develop high-conviction strategic recommendations firmly rooted in data, insight, and imagination that bridge commercial ambition with creative tension
Build convincing presentations and be able to both read and win over a room
Mentor more junior strategists
Spot new business opportunities and help drive pitches
What we’re looking for
You might already work as a brand strategist. Or as a journalist who makes sense of the world and crafts stories people believe in. Or as a creative who turns strategy into something people want. Or as an insights specialist who’s ready to shape brands, not just understand consumer behavior. What we care most about is that you combine sharp cultural instincts with the commercial rigor to move client businesses forward.
Qualifications
Around 3–4 years of relevant experience, with a track record of leading work that changed a client’s direction
Solid experience in brand building or adjacent strategic work, and real curiosity about culture, consumer behavior, and what makes brands move
Confidence presenting and facilitating with senior stakeholders, and experience coaching others
Higher education in business, marketing, engineering, psychology, journalism, or other relevant fields
Fluent in English; additional languages (including Swedish) are a plus
