Your Responsibilities:
- You support our B2B sales team as a technical advisor by analyzing customer requirements and developing tailored networking, infrastructure, and video surveillance solutions.
- You develop customized solution proposals and guide customers from the initial requirements phase through to successful implementation.
- You deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), showcasing the value of our solutions to customers.
- You engage and convince customers and partners through your technical expertise and professional presence in workshops, webinars, meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- You support tender processes (RfX), prepare technical proposal documents, and actively contribute to the successful delivery of customer projects.
- You monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments, leveraging your insights to help shape and enhance our product and solution portfolio.
Your Profile:
- You are passionate about networking technologies, and terms such as SDN, Routing, Switching, VPN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Enterprise WLAN, and PoC are part of your daily vocabulary.
- You have successfully completed vocational training or hold a degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
- You have professional experience in Presales, Technical Sales, Solution Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally within the IT or telecommunications industry.
- You possess a solid understanding of modern network architectures and have experience working with various operating systems and enterprise environments.
- You are experienced in supporting tender processes (RfX) and developing technical solution concepts.
- You can clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.
- You have a professional, customer-oriented, and persuasive demeanor. You excel at translating customer requirements into technically and commercially viable solutions.
- You are fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You are willing to travel within Germany (approximately 50%).
