About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces and ensure everything is ready for scheduled activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical tasks, working as part of a team, and contributing to well-organized events. Responsibilities
Prepare event spaces according to setup plans and instructions.
Arrange tables, chairs, displays, signage, and promotional materials as required.
Check that event areas are clean, organized, and ready before activities begin.
Assist with moving, loading, unloading, and organizing event supplies.
Support event breakdown and cleanup after activities conclude.
Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.
Report missing materials or setup concerns to the appropriate person.
Follow safety procedures when handling equipment and supplies.
