Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
Welcome attendees and provide helpful information about event activities.
Support promotional displays, product demonstrations, and interactive experiences.
Distribute approved promotional materials and explain featured products or services.
Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional event space.
Coordinate with team members to ensure activities run smoothly.
Represent the organization positively and provide courteous assistance to guests.
