- Lead technical implementation projects for our enterprise customers, ensuring successful integration of our SaaS solution
- Configure and customise our platform according to specific client requirements and business needs
- Develop and maintain data mappings between client systems and our platform, ensuring seamless data flow
- Provide technical consulting to customers throughout the implementation process and support pre-sales activities
- Drive API integration projects, working closely with customers' IT teams and third-party integration partners
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customer implementations
- Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to align implementation processes with product updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes and best practices
Skills & Experiences
- 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with strong Python skills
- Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data mapping, and enterprise software integration
- Experience with SaaS implementations and customer success processes
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Knowledge about ERP systems, like SAP ERP / S4/HANA, is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or C1 level)
