Your work

Help us build and scale our go-to-market engine.

You’ll work directly with the founders across sales, customer discovery and GTM operations. Over time, you’ll take ownership of parts of our pipeline, customer outreach and commercial processes — not just execute individual tasks.

• Build and manage our sales pipeline and CRM
• Identify and research potential customers, partners and new market segments
• Run outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Talk to prospects, understand their needs and qualify opportunities
• Support and increasingly lead discovery and pre-sales conversations
• Test different messages, customer segments and outreach strategies
• Track conversion rates and identify what actually drives pipeline
• Keep follow-ups moving and maintain a clean, reliable CRM
• Support customer onboarding and collect structured feedback
• Turn successful approaches into repeatable GTM processes and playbooks
• Take ownership of individual GTM projects as you grow into the role

Your profile

You like talking to customers, figuring out what works and turning it into a repeatable process.

• You communicate clearly and build rapport quickly
• You are comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people you’ve never met
• You have strong commercial intuition and enjoy selling
• You can think strategically while still being highly execution-oriented
• You work independently and take ownership of your projects
• You are structured and comfortable managing a CRM and pipeline
• You learn quickly and adjust your approach based on results
• You are curious about customers, markets and buying decisions
• You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information
• You are fluent in German and English

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer success or startups
• Experience with CRM tools
• Experience running outbound campaigns
• Experience with early-stage startups or building something yourself
